Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
You have mentioned watering mouth which i assume is excess production of saliva. There are many causes for this; indigestion, liver problems, oral infections are among the common causes. Also some medications can cause this.
So I need to ask you some questions like whether you regularly take any medicine or not, do you have long-standing digestion or liver problems or whether you are having any pain, swelling or ulcer in oral cavity.
Kindly answer the above so that I can help you further.
As for now, take plenty of water and fluids and light oil-free diet, take some multivitamins and multiminerals, take mild over the counter painkillers for generalised body pain and malaise as and when needed, take pantoprazole-domperidone for 15 days and get some blood tests like complete blood count, CRP, Liver function test, sodium and potassium done.
You can consult your treating or family doctor about the above.

Get back to me with the answers and the reports.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
So according to your history, this can be an indigestion issue.
You need to take your meals at regular intervals.
Dont take heavy meals, instead take small frequent meals, avoid rich spicy food, tdrink lot of water and take lots of dietary fibers. If your night shift creates problem, carry some fruits and dry food with you which you can have anytime.
The bleeding during brushing can be from the gums or dental problem. Maintain good oral hygiene, take multivitamins and minerals as advised before and if it still persists, consult a dentist.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
