What Causes Watery And Irritated Eyes While On Nasacort Allergy Spray?
Brief Answer:
add artificial drops along with a possible change in spray
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
It is possible that you may have allergic conjunctivitis as you stated, this may also be complicated by dry eyes that can occur along with allergies.
You may want to consider the use of drops (artificial tears) to help with dry eyes along with the nasal spray and oral antihistamine.
In terms of the nasal spray, you may want to consider the use of a spray called avamys.
This is similar to nasonex but it has been shown to help with allergic conjunctivitis along with allergic rhinitis/sinusitis
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
sinus congestion
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Sorry about the delayed reply
Headaches, facial pain and abnormal popping in the ear (may be related to eustachian tube dysfunction) can be due sinusitis.
The eustachian tube is a tube in the ear that connects the middle ear with part of the back of the throat. Sinus disease is one cause of abnormal function of this tube.
Since the right ear is giving more problems, it may indicate that the sinuses on this side of the face are more affected. Blocked or congested sinuses can cause blockage of the tear ducts leading to watering
The over the counter allergy medication you are using may contain a decongestant, if this is not the case, one should be added or use a combination with a decongestant.
Warm compresses to the face twice daily would help the sinuses to drain.
