What Causes Watery Eyes, Runny Nose, Cough, Sneezing, Frequent Urination And Tiredness?

I"m nearly 85 years old (08-05-32), very healthy, never smoked, never taken drugs of any sort and weigh 148 lbs and single. I'm a very active private pilot, down hill snow skier, mountain climber, scuba diver and no medical history. My first medical problem. Looking for suggestions. Thanks to all.
Suspected prostatic enlargement
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, the increased frequency of urination could be due to
1) diabetes which is also accompanied with increased thirst and hunger , this should be diagnosed with fasting and post prandial blood glucose levels
2) urinary tract infection , which could be accompanied with burning sensation during urination. this is diagnosed by a urine analysis and treated with antibiotics
3) Prostatic enlargement which is common at your age. I suppose that is what your doctor suspected as it is diagnosed by pelvic ultrasound and tamsulosin is used to relieve the symptoms until it is decided if surgery is needed if prostatic enlargement is confirmed by ultrasound
as for the runny nose and watery eyes , you can take an antihistaminic as citrizine once daily before going to bed
as for coughing you can take a cough suppressant as dextromethorphan
