Brief Answer:
a lubricant drop

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since there is no itching, discharge or pain then infection (either viral or fungal), allergy is unlikely.

It is possible that the symptoms are related to dry eyes. When eyes are severely dry, it can actually be associated with a watering.

The best drop at this stage would be a lubricant.
If consistent use of a lubricant is still associated with symptoms then you may need to consider an anti allergy drop in the event that the symptoms are atypical allergy symptoms.

Examples of lubricants are systane, refresh tears, blink eye drops, oasis, genteal. May be available over the counter

An allergy drop would be pataday, emadine, livostin

Summary: since no itching or pain or discharge, chance of infection or allergy low so a lubricant drop would be best option

If no improvement after 24 to 36 hours, add a anti allergy drop as well

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
