Brief Answer:
Do back strengthening exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

From your history it seems that your back muscles are weak. So all that you need is to do back strengthening exercises as uploaded on youtube two times a day.

Do not push or pull heavy weight for about 2 weaks.

You can take 1 tab. aceclofenac + thiocochicoside three times a day for 1 week.

I hope you have got your answer.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
