Brief Answer:
Better to be investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
The weakness and non intentional weight loss are not to be treated lightly.
It would be better if you could see a specialist in Internal Medicine and have yourself examined and investigated to detect the cause. It may a simple thing like diabetes or may be more sinister causes and it can be unearthed only if you have the proper investigations.
Once the cause is detected and treated you have a good chance of regaining your former good health.
