What Causes Weakness, High BP, Arthritis And Bone Deterioration?
Medicaton induced/ Cardiac perfusion
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
i read your question and i understand your concern. High blood pressure means load on the heart and increased after load. That may compromise the perfusion of the heart and lead to such dizziness episodes. First thing needed here is echo and ecg to rule out any cardiac perfusion trouble.
The medications you use are all notorious for dizziness and imbalance feeling. Atenolol , benazepril and sertraline etc altogether make it 40 % likely to get dizziness as per the combined odds of use of this combination.
You should use a stick as a support while walking to prevent any fall and there is no shame in it. it will help you support and prevent any unexpected trauma secondary to dizziness.
Foot problems and deterioration are all age related articular degeneration and there is not much a person can do about except conservatively managing them.
PTSD needs a little psychotherapy sessions as that can be a mess and a challenge at old age.
I want you to get in touch with your cardiologist and let them re run some labs to confirm the possibilities.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
