Question: How can I get some energy and not be so worried? Also I have just started a low calorie 1,000 calories a day. I was tired and anxious however before I began

From your medication list I deduce that you are Diabetic , Hypertensive , and on Anti Depression medication along with Cholesterol Lowering medications .
I still need to know why you are on Potassium chloride and Oxcarbazepine medication .

I presume you have started low calorie diet for better sugar control or for weight reduction .

Now coming to your problem almost all medications you take can make you feel tired. Added over that a low calorie diet can make you more tired .

So solution is increase your calorie intake to 1500 calories . But make sure you don't consume Energy Dense food like Sweets , Carbonated Beverages , Junk food , Cheese items , .
Eat more of vegetables , Drink plenty of water .

Also if you increase your Exercise level ( intensity or Duration of exercise ) you can consume more calories as you will be burning more calories due to exercise .
