
What Causes Weakness In One's Voice Along With Mild Cough Every Time They Try To Speak For About 15 Mins Or More?

Question: when I give a speech, after about 15 minutes, my voice starts to weaken, mild cough, and I have to sip water regularly to keep going. what can I do to stop this? is there a spray etc?
