Brief Answer:
Symptoms are most likely due to peripheral neuropathy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Based on that, the most likely diagnosis is peripheral neuropathy, where the nerves in arms and legs get affected, most commonly due to diabetes, a condition commonly referred to as diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Further evaluation would require getting a nerve conduction study done.
In addition to strict sugar control, medicines such as pregabalin capsules may be taken if there is tingling, pain or burning. Vitamin supplements such as vitamin B12, alpha lipoic acid and benfotiamine also help. Regular exercises would also help.
Hope I have answered your query.
