Brief Answer:
Get xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

First of all plz try to reduce your weight by 3kg.

Get xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral done and send me the report.

It seems that nerves in lumbosacral get compressed.

Till then have tab. aceclofenac 100mg + thiocolchicoside 4mg twice a day cap. pregabalin 75 mg + methylcobalamine 750 mcg.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in lumbosacral area in morning and evening.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,

Dr. CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
