What Causes Weakness In Urine Flow And Pain After Ejaculation?
No dont stop medication
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Greetings,
After going through your history, I can understand the concern you have regarding the disease.
On digital rectal examination there is mild enlargement, and on ultrasound it is approximately normal, but you did not mention about post residual volume of urine which is important and also you did not tell about routine urine test result.
Any how all the parameters are within normal limit, including PSA, so need not to worry,
Weakness in flow and pain after ejaculation may also be associated with infection in urine. For which you may need antibiotics.
Your BP and sugar are under control, and renal function test is also normal, so looks like everything is under control.
Since you are having cyst in kidney then there is chance of infection in urine so I suggest to get a urine test done.
In my opinion you should continue the medicine for
BP,sugar, and prostate, because this will prevent further worsening of prostatic condition, because PSA is mildly high but not significant high.
Please update your routine urine and post residual volume of urine from (USG) report, so that I can further guide you better, there is no harm in taking a course of antibiotic if infection is present in urine after consulting your doctor.
Hope I have cleared your doubt, if further any query please do no hesitate to write back.
Wishing you a healthy and good life,
Regards,
Thanks.
My post residual volume of urine is 6ml in my last USG test.
Pain after ejaculation is being faced after medication only.
I will test my urine as per your advice and come back again.

Do not stop medication.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Welcome back again,
Happy to know that the post residual volume is normal,
Please do the Routine urine examination with culture & sensitivity and let me know so that I can guide you better.
If the pain after ejaculation is associated with medication then we have to change the medicine but after urine report only and after the opinion of your treating doctor.
Hope I have made it clear to you,
If any further query or doubt you are most welcome,
Regards,
Thanks.
