What Causes Weight Gain, Night Sweats, Body Ache, Fatigue And Headaches Over A Span Of Six Months?
Question: I have noticed over a short period of time- 6 months several changes.
1- weight gain
2-night sweats
3-body aches
4-fatigue
5-headaches
I haven't gotten my period for over 4 years- had the mirana for 5 years. February it was removed. Doctor suggested that I don't replace because of age and risk. My Pap smear came back with bacteria.
Often associated with this implant
My blood pressure- once normally low- 100/70
Is now 130+ /80-90 no known reason

As you have already achieved your menopause , the symptoms mentioned as being perceived by you, are common for menopause and calls for low dose estrogen replacement therapy along with calcium. It is suggested that you should meet your gynaecologist and discuss the option of starting low dose estrogen hormonal replacement therapy.
Also advised is to incorporate use of soyabean, alpha sprouts, flax seeds, tofu in your diet which contain natural isoflavones which help overcoming these menopausal symptoms.
