Question: no bowel movement for7 days have given enema,3 alophen laxative which 5mg of bisacody each, stool softners , no stomach discomfort, not hungry,10 lb weight loss what is causing this problem

Unfortunately bowels obstruction due to colon cancer can be the reason. Weight loss is a very serious sign. As well as lack of stool for so long. That is why, you should not wait with it. Please consult your doctor as soon as possible.
Abdominal ultrasound, abdominal x-ray and blood work should be done. Colonoscopy should be scheduled.
