What Causes Weight Loss When Suffering From Cancer?
Question: My elderly father has prostrate cancer, but eats so little and is losing so much weight
that he looks like he could die of starvation before he dies from the cancer. If he does eat
he only eats a little and it seems he is likely to throw up if he takes in more than a very
small volume of food and liquid. Is there any medication that might help him be able
to increase his nutrition? He does try to take in a little Boost or Ensure. Thank you.
