Brief Answer:
Infected wound if creamy white discharge

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If the discharge is white and creamy then it indicates infected wound. Proper wound care including topical antiseptics and antibiotics ( both oral and topical ) should be advised for adequate healing. If the discharge is clear and transparent then its most likely serous fluid which is expected after surgery and will subside in about a week. If it persists then the fluid should be sent for culture sensitivity testing.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
