What Causes White Bumps Around Navel After Using Hydrogen Peroxide?
Hydrogen peroxide causes such whitish froth.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic when ever it is applied over a wound site it leads to such bumpy white stuff ,that is normal. It is an antiseptic solution and is used for wound clearance and maintenance. But you should get the belly button examined and assessed for the severity of infection and if there has been any recent piercing there, take that out.
You will need antibiotics, dressing and cleaning of the wound and symptomatic treatment. Seek a doctor and let them help you in this regard.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

I am a Medical Doctor myself (Radiologist), since my specialization doesn't have any connection to dermatology i wanted a second opinion.
I think it may be yeast infection, but i am not sure. (no pain, no fever)
Do you agree or you suggest becteria might be the cause ?
thanks.
Likely Yeast
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me and clarifying it
With no history o f any piercing or pus discharge coming from it, itchy white bumps with no fever and pain is not bacterial infection. its likely a fungal and yes yeast / candida is possibility. Usually belly button has its own rich sebaceous gland supply at base of hair follicles and they themselve can get clogged and lead to such whitish bumps. That can lead to bacterial infection of staph etc but that is accompanied by pain as well as fever.
Nutshell, its likely yeast but needs a visit to a dermatology clinic and get some medications accordingly.
I hope it helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else i need to elaborate. I shall be happy to help.

Azole group
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
I would consider topical azole creams as first line management with hygiene care like trimming umbilical hair as well saline irrigation and prevention of sweat and wearing cotton garments etc. get a dermatologist to get you the medication as I suppose some of the antifungal are not over the counter.
I hope it helps.
