Brief Answer:
Sebaceous Cysts; Removal is surgical; Can be left alone

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have take note of your query and I have also reviewed the Images

These are sebaceous cysts. Sebaceous cysts are a collection of thick, chessy material in a cavity lined by a wall.

The Cyst wall contains numerous sebaceous glands which empty its contents into the cavity. As a result, sebaceous cysts may gradually increase in size, over the years.

Small sebaceous cysts are otherwise asymptomatic, however, occasionally these cysts may get infected with bacteria and then may become painful.

Sebaceous cysts are only of cosmetic concern. They need to be removed surgically, if desired. They can also be left as it is Or only larger cysts can be removed.

Regards

May contact a general surgeon for removal

Hi.

There is nothing to worry. As I already said, this is only of cosmetic concern.

These can be left, as it is. Removal if desired is surgical. You may contact a general surgeon for the same.
