What Causes White Circles Around The Glans Of Penis?

I have these odd looking white circles all around my bellend, I first noticed them around a month and a half ago and they have only gotten worse. I have looked online for a answer to my problem but havnt gotten anywhere at all. I also have penis penile papules that I cannot get rid off aswell but I don't know if the two are connected??

No they are not painful but just a horrible sight. im 19 years old, and yes i have had recent sexual exposure with my girlfriend, but she has nothing its only me. Also, no i havnt had any new drugs.

I apologize for the delayed response owning to my work schedule schedule.
I have worked through your unloaded images as well.
This could be possible fungal infection, mostly candida infection.
This requires oral antifungal therapy.
I generally prescribe my patients with oral pills of FLUCAN 200mg once a day for 4 days.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.
