What Causes White Cloudy Discharge From The Anus After Stool Movement?

Question: I am getting white cloudy discharge after stool movement. it is white colour drops when cleaning my anus.

Did all STD test all normal.
3 months ago i got UTI which it cleared up after using antibiotics

I have done all the test and all are normal I am bit worried please reply asap. no doctor able to find about this. is this related to any STD?

I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.

Mucoid discharge per anum can be a symotom of STD but only in those who have had a histiry of anal sex. Is there any such history of receiving anal sex in your case?
These symptoms could also be due to food borne intestinal infection rather than due to an STD.

I did not have any history of anal sex. All STD tests are negative. do you think it is related to infections and I am worried do you recommend any other tests please reply

Sorry in my previous information i gave wrong. I am getting white cloudy drop discharge from Pennies as soon as i go to stool. So please note that it is coming from my pennies. but I am not getting cloudy discharge during urination and it is normal. it happens only when going to stool. please look at picture which i sent.

I have done test for N.gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia, urine test - culture no growth. please re visit and please reply ASAP. please look at my pennies photo which I attached.

This discharge could either be due to urethritis Or prostatitis.

Since how long do you notice this discharge?
Do you have any associated symptoms like burning? Or pain?
When was your last sexual contact and was it protected or unprotected?
How long back have you tested for STDs?

I observed from last 3 months. I don't have any other symptoms like burn or pain. I had my last sex around more than a month ago with my partner both unprotected and protected. I had only one sex partner. is it related to STD if so what type?

Hi.

the kind of discharge that i can see is not normal. Mucoid, grey discharge from urethra can be seen in non gonococcal urethritis or partially treated gonococcal urethritis. Therefore inspite of clean STD tests i would like to treat you empirically for possible STDs like chlamydia, mycoplasma, trichomoniasis as well as gonorrhea.
You may take Tab. Levofloxacin (Tab. Levoflox 500mg) once daily for 5 days. In addition i also suggest a single dose of 1gm Azithromycin (2 tablets of Aziwok 500mg) and Tab. Metronidazole 400 mg (Metrogyl) thrice daily gor 5 days.

hi I went to local.GP after looking at photo he said it is just semen and he ask me how long ago I had sex for I said it's been more than a month, and I am not doing frequently he said that is the reason since fluid is in prostate when going to stool pressure is applied and coming out he told.me to ejaculation atlest twice a week. And he said as long as it is not puss, or blood, it is fine. And also this is happening only during stool not at any other time. Please advice. I have some STD test for microplasma,chlamydia, gonneria as well just 3 days ago including swab test all are normal. Please advice. he said it is white cloudy color nothing to worry. can you please look again and advice. he also said if it is infections it should happen all the time not just only during stool. even I can also saw color as white cloudy

No. This is not semen. Semen does not leak out like this.
Considering that your recent STD tests have been negative I would too think that this is normal body fluid but not semen (this in common parlance known as ''Dhat'' in XXXXXXX culture which is nothing but sexual body fluids; Dhat is discharge what sexually active individuals experience when they have not had sex for a long time).
