Brief Answer: Further information required Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day White coloured tongue is non specific sign and is seen in many febrile cases. I require certain clarification and additional information 1. Is your grandson coughing out green phlem or is vomiting( bilious vomiting) 2. Is there any distension of abdomen? 3. Is he passing stools regularly 4. Has his breathing become rapid? 5. Does he have sore throat or difficulty in swallowing If he is coughing out phlem hes is likely suffering from respiratory tract infection. Kindly get back to me with the details, so that I can discuss the likely cause an advise about further management. Take Care Best Regards Dr Deepak Kishore MBBS,MS,MCH Consultant Pediatric Surgeon
