What Causes White Discharge And Pain Over Pubic Bone Region In Pregnancy?
DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:
1) According to your Last Menstrual Period date (5th Nov, 2013), your expected date of delivery is 12th Aug, 2014.
2) Mild white discharge and pain over pubic bone region are quite COMMON at this stage of pregnancy. It is MOSTLY FALSE LABOR pain, related with XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Contractions (irregular & inconsistent type) and loosening of other pelvic ligaments.
3) However, we need to to rule out PRETERM LABOR in this context. Therefore, I suggest you to contact with OBSTETRICIAN for pelvic examination and over all check up to asses fetal well being.
4) You should avoid heavy work, too much bending, take adequate bed rest and maintain genital hygiene properly. You may require uterine relaxant medication.
Hope, it will be helpful for your information. Kindly, close the discussion, if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Dr Soumen

NORMAL USG SCAN REPORT.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for uploading scan report.
Your ultrasound scan report is almost NORMAL and fetal well being is QUITE GOOD. At this stage, mild lower abdominal pain or backache is NORMAL thing. However, it is better to undergo one checkup to your doctor.
Uterine relaxant medication like DUVADILAN is quite helpful to reduce irregular and inconsistent uterine contraction or abdominal pain to some extent. Kindly, consult with your doctor for prescription.
Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion.
All the best and good luck.

Hello,
Thanks for additional queries.
1) Pelvic girdle pain or back pain is quite common when you will progress to near term or delivery. However, it DOESN'T bother NORMAL LABOR pain which will be MORE than this pain if you want NORMAL child birth.
2) Pelvic assessment is required by your obstetrician during TRUE LABOR PAIN to decide mode of delivery either NORMAL or C-SECTION. Both of these have some advantages and disadvantages. However, you can opt for ELECTIVE C-SECTION to avoid NORMAL LABOR pain.
3) Following NORMAL delivery (non-complicated), you will recover soon within days to One week (max) - due to a small cut on perineum (episiotomy) & stitch may take longer time to heal.
However, recovery period for C-SECTION varies from 6 weeks to 3 months. It is needed for strengthening of abdominal muscle.
4) Pain will be minimal following delivery of your baby in case of NORMAL child birth. You can do pelvic floor exercise to strengthen pelvic muscle and it will help to prevent more damage during NORMAL delivery. You will get more stability at that time. Kindly, consult with your doctor regarding this.
Hope, it helps for you. If you have any other query in mind, you can directly ask me at any time in my given address.
