What Causes White Discharge During Urination?

Question: from past few days i sometimes notice a white discharge when passing urine. i have noticed it mostly when i urinate after a long duration. i have no itching or pain in my penis. please guide me if this is some thing serious

As far as i understand I have no problem with ejaculation or during sexual activity. i don't have pain/irritation during sex or ejaculation. However i am not even aware what kind of problem there might be during ejaculation or sex. I can answer if you specify the possible problems that one may face during ejaculation or sex.

I would like to know if
- you have normal ejaculatory volume which in normal males is around 1-2 teaspoons.
- any pain or blood stained discharge after ejaculation on wiping.
In case there is no such problem (which is less likely cas you stated) then only urine analysis is required and in case found normal then nothing to worry.
But in case you feel any such problem then a urologist opinion is a must.
