What Causes White Discharge From Penis?
Question: I have a friend (male) he's experiencing white discharge coming from his penis. No irritating no pain or burning or itching when pee or with intercourse. Besides an Std that was ruled out, what else can it be.

It is common to have white discharge from the penis, it is known as night fall. The white discharge usually contains semen however to be sure I need to know a few more details
1. is there any history of fever ?
2. does the White discharge have a pungent odor?
3. How many times does he indulge in sexual activity or masrurbation in a week?

If all sexually transmitted diseases are ruled out then I think the discharge is because of non specific prostatitis/urethritis
Here is how I would go about it
1. Send culture of the white discharge along with urine routine
2. I would still treat with antibiotics like Tab Cotrimaxozole twice daily for 7 days
3. Avoid sex and masturbation until better
