What Causes White Discharge From The Penis?

Question: Can white secretion come out of a penis without erection? Just spontaneously happen while at work?

Hi, yes it can happen. It could be precum, muscus secretion, prepuceal and glans gland secretion. Also ask your husband to regularly clean his glans by retracting skin cover. It will prevent collection of "smegma". This smegma can appear like white discharge.

Should I be concerned with infidelity by my husband after a say of work and his underwear looks like this? I have not seen it look like this before
