Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query. I would like to gather more information.
-Is it itchy?
-Can you upload an Image?
-Does your sexual partner suffer from vaginal discharge Or vulval pruritus?
Seems most likely to be a case of candidal balanoposthitis
I would suggest an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150 mg, single dose.
Topically you could use clotrimazole+steroid combination lotion or cream e.g clotrimazole + beclomethasone lotion (Clotrin-B lotion Or Cream), twice daily for 7 days.
Avoid sexual contact for a week
Regards
