The cyst could be
1. Sebaceous cyst (a cyst of hair follicle)
2. Epidermoid cyst ( intradermal cyst)
These two cysts are not painful. They become painful if infected.
3. Bartholin cyst –Bartholin cyst occurs lower down near the introitus.
4. Genital herpes blister. This is painful
Don’t drain it yourself. If it is large/ increasing in size or becomes painful you should go the urgent care. Otherwise you can fix an appointment with the doctor to see.

it is not painful and about the size of a pea. it is under the hood of my clitoris. I wasn't sure if I even needed to see a doctor. I have had similar things like this and have drained them but not in such a sensitive place. they go away and all is well.
