What Causes White Itchy Patches On Labia Majora And Anus?
Question: a few days ago i noticed that my labia have turned white....and it goes all the way back to my anus...a slight itch occasionally.....vagina is still normal color...no discharge no odor....what is this?

Sorry. Not sending anyone pics of private parts. It is normal texture and not oozing. It is dry as normal

It is ok if you are not comfortable ( I am asking about pic so I could be able to guide better).
There could be three possible causes -
1)Dermatitis 2)Lichen sclerosis 3)Yeast infection
Treatment depends upon cause.
In your case with your history it is most likely due to lichen sclerosis and there is no exact pathology for this disease.
No exact test to diagnose lichen sclerosis.
Treatment is basically over the counter steroid for local application.
