I have gone through the query and picture caefully. The white lesion is due to water seeping/sweat along with fungal infection in the walking boot.
To treat this, my suggestion would be-
1. Avoid wearing boot for few days and keep your foot naked.
2. You may use Neosporin powder at the site of lesion.
You will be fine in a few days time.
To understand better you may send the x-ray picture if possible.
Hope this helps.
Take care
