Hi
Thanks for writing in.
As per your history, you might be having angular cheilitis that is inflammation of the corners of lips causing drooling of saliva from corner of mouth.
It would have been better if you could have sent me the picture.Still this can be treated easily by using lip balm.Apply antiseptic cream or antifungal ointment in associated area.Drink plenty of water.
If your problem still persists consult dentist.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Can be pericoronitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
If it is inside oral cavity & you think its somewhat related to wisdom teeth, it can be pericoronitis. Pericoronitis means inflammation around wisdom teeth, it results in pus discharge. In such case you need to do warm saline rinses or betadine gargles. If there is acute inflammation then you should also take antibiotics.
Consult your dentist before starting antibiotics for proper clinical examination.
