Question: I have a white lump in corner of my eye near nose on right side and a white spot coming up on left side near eye as well sort of pimple but does not seem like a pimple

This is sebaceous cyst and this is not supposed to resolve on its own or with medical treatment. They do not progress into something different and have only cosmetic significance.
Treatment for these is surgical removal which is a very small procedure.
