Do you have any of the following symptoms?
Fever, Pain during swallowing, Difficulty swallowing or drinking, sorethroat?
Do you have body pains?
Since how long do you notice these white marks?
In the absence of the above symptoms the white marks could be mucus only. If there is a serious discharge because of infection you would have above symptoms.
You should try to do warm water gargles with pinch of salt for five times a day for two days and recheck if you have these marks disappear.

You should not worry and start forgetting about it. Please stop looking at the mirror if that is compulsion you should get that addressed.
