What Causes White Patches And Dry Skin On Penis?

Question: I am 22 years old and having some sort of white patches or dry skin on my penis (right under the head). I have some photos to help you better understand my situation.

No unprotected Sex but oral.

It is an anti fungal and can be safely used.
It is meant to be applied on mucosa hence it is written as gynaecological use.
