What Causes White Pimples On Penis?

Question: I have a whitish ring on my foreskin that gets sore after sexual activity. I also have some small white lumps around the area and a couple have appeared under the head of my penis. What could this possibly be? Symptoms are Small white bumps around penis, whitish ring around foreskin that gets sore with increased sexual activity, tightness of the foreskin with an erection, symptoms have lasted for well over a year now. I've tried to include several pictures.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple problems involving foreskin ,glans penis etc .

I shall be happy if you can upload photograph of your penis to help me in making precise comments and suggestions on your problem.

Based on the symptoms that you have narrated I think you have infection of foreskin and glans penis (Ballano-Posthatitis).

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

I've included 8 pictures/reports to this question. I've had these issues for quite a while and I'm very hygienic. Just a bit panicked that it could be something horrible since I have had these symptoms for a long time now.

Thanks for uploading photographs .After having a closure look at the photographs I would state that
1) You have Perly Penile Papules over glans penis which are insignificant and does not suggest any disease .It does not require any treatment .Maintaining proper personal hygiene will help to resolve it.

2) The whitish ring around the foreskin is due to thickening of foreskin due to healing after chronic multiple abrasions resulting out of painful retraction and friction during intercourse.

There is nothing to be panic about it .

Continue taking treatment suggested in my earlier reply .

If foreskin retraction is painful I would suggest you to get circumcised .It will help to have enjoyable sex for rest of your life .
