What Causes White Pus Filled Bumps Under The Head Of Penis?
Question: I have white pus like bumps a little under the head of my penis and its swollen on that area only also....any suggestions of what it could be?
Brief Answer:
It can be genital herpes if multiple in number.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If multiple in number it can be most likely genital herpes. Doing herpes 1 and 2 blood test will be helpful to rule out this.
Is it on hair follicles?
If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in analysing?
Washing with warm water or saline. You can apply antiviral creams like acyclovir locally. Taking oral acyclovir or valacyclovir is also good. If severe pain is there then you can wash with ice water.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Here is 2 pictures of what it looks like
Brief Answer:
Looks like bacterial infection.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up.
I have gone through the pictures. It looks like bacteria infection. But if you have multiple lesions in other part of genitals then genital herpes should be ruled out by doing herpes 1 and 2 blood tests. In that case this can be secondary bacterial infection.
You can apply betadine ointment on these lesions. If there is no improvement then oral antibiotics will be needed. For that you can approach you GP.
