Brief Answer:
This should settle down with medication.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. These swelling are inflamed small areas of lymphoid (tonsil like) tissue normally present throughout the throat.
2. Thus should settle down with a course of antibiotics.
3. You also seem to have oral submucus fibrosis.
4. If this tissue gives recurrent problems it can be carefully removed with coblation technique.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

Please advise medicines
Brief Answer:
You should inform your doctor before starting any medication.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. Ideally, you should take medication only under the supervision of your doctor.
2. The most commonly prescribed medication will be a five day course of amoxicillin with clavulanic 625 mg twice day along with an antihistamine such as cetrizine 10 mg (may cause sedation) and an anti inflammatory such as paracetamol or ibuprofen. A medicated oral rinse such as Betadine or Tantum will be helpful.
3. Get examined if this does not settle down in 48-72 hours.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
