Brief Answer:
Dryness over lips

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Whitish ridges on lower lip are due to dryness. Older skin layer on lip tend to replaced by new one continuously. Repeated apply of saliva on lips or dryness makes older skin layers on lip more prominent.

Better avoid applying saliva on tongue.
Use Vaseline gelly based lip balm to apply over lip which helps to maintain moisture.
Have plenty of water.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.

Regards
