What Causes White Spots In Mouth?
Probably oral candidiasis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.
It is possible that white spots in your mouth are due to yeast infection (candida).
It is impossible to say it for sure without examining you first.
It would be really helpful if you could send a picture of these spots just to give you a better judgement.
I would suggest to try warm saltwater rinses and use a topical anti-fungal cream like Miconazole oral gel ,apply it 3-4 times a day for some days.If these white spots are caused from oral candidiasis (oral thrush) ,they will improve and go away in some days.
If the treatment doesn't have any effect on these spots ,then I suggest to consult a physician and get examined for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
The most common causes for oral candidiasis include:
-Diabetes Mellitus
-Anemia (Lacking iron, folate or vitamin B12).
-Excessive use of antibacterial mouthwash
-Taking antibiotics etc
Since you have history of vaginal thrush too ,I would suggest to test your fasting blood sugar level to exclude Diabetes mellitus.
Apply miconazole oral gel after eating, 4 times a day for 7 days and see if the white spots will go away.
If not ,consult a physician and get examined.
Take care,
Dr.Rovena
