What Causes White Spots On Inside Of Cheeks?

Question: What is this? It is mildly painful ive had it for about six weeks, im scared it could be cancer. Ive been the doctors and he wasnt sure so he said go the dentist. But id like a second opinion please? Its on the left side of my cheek on the inside its got a line inbetween the two white spots/bumps where ive bit my cheeks .

Read your query and gone through reports (image ) you have attached . As far as I have observed this line inbetween two white spot is Morsicatio buccarum (frictional keratosis) due to chronic cheek biting or cheek chewing . See XXXXXXX goodwin what happened this morsicato buccarum is caused due chronic injury , irritation to cheek or due to sharp cusps of teeth . It is not cancerous so Dont be scared .
For this as such No treatment is required but I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon go for rounding of sharp cusps of posterior (molar ) teeth . Inmeantime you can apply ointment containg Lignocaine and choline salicylate on cheek . Do XXXXXXX warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day .
