What Causes White Spots On Penis Foreskin?

Question: Hi,

Good evening, On my Penis Foreskin I see cluster of pimples or white spots. I think they were there since a while but I didn't notice. I have suddenly noticed it today and I'm worried. I don't have any pimples on marks on penis but they exists on penis forskin(Tip of the skip which covers penis head), Can you please help me .

I have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like Fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless.
Taking more garlic and antioxidants will be helpful to clear out this. Avoid sweaty and greasy environment on genital area also as this can stimulate its occurrence. You can also apply aloe Vera gel for local application.
