What Causes White Spots On The Hands?
Question: Hi
Background : I am 32 yrs old have allergic rhinitis,on medication since last 1 month. Had anti allergic montair 10mg and others.
2 days before I noticed white spot on my left hand and dry , itchy spot on right hand.I consulted a doc and she prescribed me takes forte ointment and melanocyl.
She also said it can be vitiligo.please suggest

It seems like previtiligo. It could also be post inflammatory hypopigmentation which is common in patients who are allergic.
Yes you may start with tacroz forte 0.1% ointment, twice daily. Rub it in. I wont suggest melanocyl tablets at this stage.
