What Causes White Spots On The Hands?
Question: Hi my 10 year old son is suffering from dry white spots/patches on his hands and wrists from last few days ...I am really concerned about him ...please help me determine what these spots could be and the treatment for the same ..thanks

If so try multivitamin syrup like zincovit for a month.
It would help usually.
Also keep skin healthy by frequent wash and cleaning.

Photo reaction could be hypomelanosis ( loss of skin pigment ) due to sun exposure.
Commonly seen in tropical countries like XXXXXXX
