Question: Hello dr what is this in the picture? Those two white spots right under my lip? I just saw them today.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. The white spots seem to be due to sebaceous cysts. Our skin is lubricated by secretion from sebaceous glands. When the opening gets blocked with dirt, the secretion gets collected inside leading to formation of sebaceous cysts as in this case. You need not worry about them.
