What Causes White Spots Under The Scrotum?
Question: My boyfriend had a pimple on his scrotum area he said he popped it and it felt like it had popped under the skin a few days later it was worse and was bigger so he called the home doctor and got some antibiotics and hes been taking them but its just made it worse the lump is bigger and its got multiple white heads on it not really heads but white spots its extremely sore and he can hardly walk

If I was his treating doctor I would recommend him to take tablet containing combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid 625 mg twice daily and apply mupirocin cream on the affected area twice daily.
Also take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet containing combination of aceclofenac and serratiopeptidase twice daily.
