What Causes White Tissue Discharge In Stool When Not Treating Ulcerative Colitis?
Question: I have had ulcertavie colitis for over 10 years. but have been trying for a baby so I am off all my medications. I was having medium craping, then a week after I starting passing white tissue in my stool off and on. What could it be? tissue coming off my intestines?

The white tissue you are passing is an inflammatory reaction going on in the colon. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel condition. When not taking treatment there is a lot of inflammation and ulceration that can occur. This can get sluffed off as mucous or white tissue.
It would be good to see your gastroenterologist soon. They may want to do a colonoscopy to see exactly what is going on. They may be able to suggest some local treatment that you could take even while trying to conceive.
