What Causes Whitish Bumps On Penis Head?
Question: I have 3 small white bumps on the front part of my penis head where it meets the shaft. I noticed them 3 weeks ago and they have not changed. No pain or itching and I have had no sexual contact for 9 months.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed few while bumps on coronal sulcus since very recently .
These are called Perly Papules of Penis and there are normal variant and denote any pathological condition .They are benign in nature and get resolved of their own without any treatment .

Thanks for the respond doctor. Here is a pic of the tiny white bumps on the front of my penis. Please look and see if they are PpP.

Thanks for uploading photograph However I could not visualize it as ot has been clicked from very close distance and includes entire area ,You need to shoot it from long distance and should focus only on affected and specific area involved .

Ok here is a better picture. Some is dry skin but please tell me if you see anything worysome. It was about 3 or 4 small white bumps in the XXXXXXX gland area.
