What Causes Whitish Rubbery Skin At The Bottom Of Penis?

Question: I had a whitish rubber cement consitency type moist dry.skin rubbing off the bottom portion of my penis shaft. Right before it meets the scrotum. It smelled kinda fishy? I was recently tested for std and sti. All negative. What is this?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

As you said you have skin lesion on penile shaft near penoscrotal junction. It may be tough and wet, oozing mild serous liquid with pus,which gave fishy odour. That may be due to secondary bacterial infection. I feel, it may be contact allergic dermatitis with infection. Still,you consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

Please post the photos of the lesion,so that I can give proper advice.

From how much time you have this disease?
Do you have any complaints like itching,pain or burning?
Do you suffer from any other internal disease?...DM,anaemia or other..
Any treatment you took?
Sexual contacts?
Use of condom?
