Question: Hi my wife delivers baby 9 month back. she got her first period 24th Sep. now she having white discharge. first time it is happening and due to that she is weak. what is the reason? and what medication she should take?

There are various causes of leukorrhea.
Infection is the commonest cause of leukorrhea.
Infection is usually associated with other symptoms like itching, redness, pain, associated pain or general malaise.
In case any of above mentioned symptoms are present, I suggest you to get vaginal discharge examined for microbiological assessment.
iIn case any microbial is detected appropriate antimicrobial can be started.
Other causes include congestion of the pelvic organs.
Congestion can occur along with infection, increased muscularity of pelvic organs as seen under sexual stimulation.
Consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus treatment.
