What Causes Whitish Vaginal Discharge With Bad Odor?
Question: off white smelly vaginal discharge, oozes unto panties throughout day leaving me smelly and uncomfortable. it clings onto walls and is creamy in texture. have tried Himalya V-gel and Metronidozale. and nothing has worked only slight relief is from Rephresh and it's short lived, sour in taste help what should i get?

In my opinion if the vaginal discharge is associated with foul smelling then it must suggest a vaginal infection
If it is itchy then it might be fungal infection ie., candidiasis. If this is the case, then the tablets that you have tried in the past may not have been able to destroy it. Fungal infections require antifungal medications like Clotrimazole creams or Fluconazole tablets.
If it is not itchy or slight itchiness is present then it might be other types of infections like trichomoniasis ,chlamydia,Gonorrheal infection and bacterial vaginosis.
Sometimes vaginal infection is associated with urinary complaints like pain during urination,increased frequency of urination.
I am not diagnosing any condition but giving you the information.
The definite diagnosis can be made by investigating the vaginal discharge for tests like wet film and culture and sensitivity.
So I suggest you to consult a gynecologist and discuss getting these tests done.
After diagnosis the appropriate treatment will cure the condition.

Maintain local hygiene and change inners twice or thrice a day.Wear loose cotton inners.
