What Causes Whitish Yellow Discharge From Penis?
Question: The white-yellowish fluid from my penis coming constantly i don't know why it is happening. i'm so much tensed. I did sex with 3 different girls in last month. I feeling so much burn and pain too while passing a urine. Please please help me and suggest medicine.

Dear sir, I have gone through your questiona nd I understand your concerns but unfourtanetly these symptoms are consistent with either clamydia or gonorrhea infection which are both sexually transmitted diseases that are transmitted by unprotected anal, vaginal or oral sex.
Diagnosis can be done by either a urine analysis or by a swab from the secreations..
Treatment is by antibiotics which is preferably by a single dose of azithromycin which is effective in treating both types of infections ..
while on treatment you need to abstain from sexual intercourse for at least seven days after completing the treatment.. it is also advised that your sexual parteners get the treatement too..
To avoid future infections , it is advised to use protective methods such as condoms

Okay doc so now i have to take azithromycin medicine right? Could you please brief it more in detail like how many doses i have to take in one day and till how much time? For example, one dose early in the morning before meal and another in dinner till 7 days. Please explain it. Thank you

Or you can take Doxycycline 500 mg every 12 hours for seven days(prescription based medications) during which please abstain from sex.
